"NA ZDROWIE" Cheers! (in Polish)

I've been commissioned to create this Polish phrase for a client in the US.  The brief is to start with a fully cut letter 'N' and then for each successive letter to be gradually less and less cut until the final letter which will be a solid 'E'.  Each letter is approximately 8" tall x 4" wide - so quite a big project.

I'm using Tyvek for the first time in a project.  In case you haven't come across it before, it's a really strong and smooth paper which is virtually untearable.  Often things are packaged in it to protect them.  It's really thin and cuts like butter - so it's great to use as there's no snags or fraying.  I can get all the lovely detail in that I like without worrying.

So far I've done the 'N' and the 'A' and have started drawing out the 'Z'.

Here are the progress photos.
