Flower Owl

So after much thinking and sketchbook doodling, I decided that my next papercut will be another owl.  I know I've done an owl before (see my Twitter button on the right of this page) but this one's a little different - and also quite a bit larger than my first one.  This means I can get in a lot more detail - which as you all know, is definitely right up my street.  For some reason I always have huge doubts during the drawing stage.  With this one, it was the flowery pattern in the owl feathers that I wasn't sure about.  However, I didn't change it and once I started cutting it, I reckoned it looked as I hoped it would and I'm glad I didn't change it.
